ODG, a veteran-owned small business, is a recognized leader in the creation of learning development strategies, learning products, and custom interactive multimedia instruction (IMI) applications for U.S. Government entities and others. We harness and then translate emerging technologies, trends, and techniques to deliver innovative learning and development experiences. ODG has successfully fielded solutions incorporating Web III principles, informal learning, and tablet, eBook, and mobile device delivery supporting just-in-time learning, intelligent web sites, and other learning environments.
We have also successfully worked with entities to reduce the traditional chasm between learning and performance support. ODG has developed hundreds of courses totaling thousands of hours over the last eight years in all formats including classroom, blended, stand-alone IMI, mobile, and networked gaming. Typical projects begin with a discovery or analysis phase and end with implementation and on-going evaluation phases. Our efforts are exclusive to custom development including the research and communication campaign requirements normally associated with custom development. ODG routinely serves in the role as prime contractor and as a sub contractor on ID/IQ and other contract types.
